This review is based on my first experience with Choice Fitness Repair. I contacted Kevin regarding my 8+ year old NordicTrack Treadmill in need of service and he responded that very day. Chris came by a week later to assess and eventually determined that the frame was cracked and flagged checking in to the lifeftime frame warranty. I had registered the product and had the user's manual safely stored but I don't think I would have realized that going back to NordicTrack on this issue was even an option had they not brought this to my attention. I am grateful to Chris and Kevin and now have brand new replacement unit.

So glad we got in touch with Choice Fitness Repair. We live just outside the GTA, and when our treadmill stopped running the company we purchased it from quoted $300 for a diagnostic visit. When my wife emailed CFR, Kevin did the initial diagnosis online and arranged for Chris to do the in-home service. Chris had the problem fixed in about 1/2 hour, plus performed routine maintenance on the machine, all for less than half the cost we were originally quoted. And their service is guaranteed for 30 days - they’ll return for free if the problem re-occurs. Couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Kevin and Chris.
