Kevin is amazing! About a year ago he came out and looked at our treadmill and diagnosed the problem while answering any questions we had. He is friendly and helpful. We had to save to get the needed part and we when did, although we were able to replace it, we were concerned it wasn’t connected properly. I contacted Kevin to ask his opinion and he was amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain to us how to resolve it without having to make a service call and at no charge. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone! He is knowledgable and kind. If we ever face any issues with our exercise equipment in the future he will be our first call! Thank you so much Kevin, I’m now back to track to my fitness goals!

I found Choice Fitness on line and used their website to describe the issues I was having with my eliptical and spin bike. Kevin from the company emailed back that same evening asking me a few more questions. He was able to solve one problem immediately for me and provided me with information on a part I need for the other issue. He could have insisted on a service call and worked me for a few hundred bucks easily enough, but did not. He helped me out and gave me solutions without billing me. As far as I’m concerned, he has earned my future business by being honest and helpful for me now. I’m sure I’ll be needing service down the road for my fitness equipment in my home gym. Kevin’s service was absolutely wonderful. I bought a new treadmill and I contact with Kevin for installation but it was hard to fix a schedule. So Kevin send his partner to install the treadmill. He came on time and assembles the treadmill very quickly with his expertise. Service means to me not just expertise but nice personalities too and they have both. That’s why I am very satisfied and highly recommend them. Thank you Kevin!

I stumbled upon Choice Fitness Repair’s website after not having ANY luck and less than satisfactory response from other fitness repair shops in the GTA. I was skeptical at first, with ALL the great testimonials I read about Kevin and his incredible service on his website. But after my experience dealing with him personally, I am now a ‘Believer” and willingly want to tell others about his wonderful and competent service. I have a Precor 9.21 Treadmill which I owned and used for 25 years. After 25 years of light use, the drive belt started to slip off the pulley. Kevin not only responded to my phone call within one hour after I left a message, he diagnosed my problem over two email exchanges, told me where to buy a replacement belt fast and came over to install and service my equipment the next day after I received the part. Most incredible of all, Kevin did not charge me for diagnostic and where to buy the replacement part at cost, he also charged me less than an hour’s labour to install and service my equipment. This kind of service is unheard of in ANY industry. If there are more businesses own and run by the likes of Kevin, others will all go out of business. Bottom line is , (and this may sound like an oxymoron), if you want honest, efficient and superior service at an excellent price, give Kevin a call. He is very busy…..but he will find the time to get back to you. You won’t regret it.

Kevin did a top notch job when he assembled our Home Gym and Treadmill and did a great clean up job as well. He also repaired our Elliptical when we didn’t even ask him to do so. That was a huge surprise when we got home that night to have a running Elliptical machine that was sitting for months gathering dust. Great Work Kevin!!! Choice!!!
