We charge for the 1st visit and then the 2nd visit to install parts. If the part involved does not repair the unit and we have to come back…A 3rd trip is not charged. The latter is very rare, as we give thorough diagnostics and don’t just turn it on and tell you what you need and leave in 10 minutes.
