What I Do
Choice Fitness Repair specializes in treadmill, bike, elliptical, stepper, tread-climber and home gym repair and service. I am registered and licensed on all makes and models of equipment. If you can “work-out” on it, I can repair it.
I am also insured with liability at Intact Insurance, so you know everything is covered just in case of an unheard of accident or property damage.
Whether you own residential or commercial fitness equipment in your home, or if you are a commercial facility with multiple pieces of exercise equipment, I will get the job done on time, every time.
If you have a unit where the vendor is no longer in business and parts are not available for your equipment, I will let you know before anything is booked or paid for. It will then be up to you to decide whether you want me out for the diagnostic. Research is done before each call and you will know what you need to know before your decision.
Rates will vary somewhat depending on your distance from central Toronto and depending on the job that needs to be done but below is the general rule of thumb for regular diagnostics and repairs.
- 1rst trip repair/diagnostic rates will run from:
$70 – $100 (plus HST)
- 2nd visits for parts installations will run from:
$40 – $50 (plus HST)
There are no such thing as 3rd trip charges with Choice. if I cannot get it right the first time, why should you have to pay for a 3rd visit???
I have relationships with several key vendors, which means, if parts are available for your machine, I will be able to find and price what you need to repair your equipment.
A note on parts: Unlike others out there…..I do not mark-up part orders on customers. You pay what I do….which is is usually Dealer Pricing.
I am not in the business to sell parts…..I am in the business to provide service….and that is what I charge for.
My Service Warranty and Guarantee
I warranty my work for 1 full year. If the same issue returns within a year I will come back to repair the issue and/or make recommendations so we can get the machine up and running in a timely manner.
2nd trips out for a different matter are always discounted.
Note to all: Everyone is fully screened and I know way ahead of time if parts are available or not. Some service orders are different and unique so each 1 is taken with importance.
If I know parts are not around (NLA) and I cant repair the machine, you are told before booking a service call, so no time is wasted and I can then help you proceed in another direction.
